A Deep Dive

“Between Christmas and New Year, I facilitated a powerful Trance Movement Journey for a small gathering of friends – sixteen participants moving in their own circles, including a six-year-old ,experiencing trance dance for the first time and a 75-year-old elder, who shared deeply touching feedback afterwards. It was a beautiful reminder of how music, trance, and movement can open doors for anyone, at any age.

I created this playlist for that session, selecting tracks from the homework assignments of our recently graduated facilitators that resonated most with who I am and the power of music I like to bring into Trance Movement. The sounds that invite embodiment, deep trance, presence, surrender and transformation. It became a whole new creation, built from shared inspiration.

One of the things I love most about Trance Movement is how it invites us to feel the music fully, to move fully, to connect fully, and to experience it again and again in new ways. Whether you dance to it or simply listen.

I hope this playlist invites you into exploration, presence, and connection.”
