Sophie sees herself as a servant and a student of Mother Earth. She allows herself to be led and guided by her and all her wondrous creatures in nature. She takes the Celtic Wheel as a guiding principle in her life: through this lens, she views the processes and whatever presents itself at that moment in her life.

Trance Movement offered her the opportunity to turn even deeper inward: to allow her body and that which lives deep within her to move and speak to the fullest. It is precisely in the interplay of her Druidic/Celtic lifestyle with TranceMovement that she finds the greatest healing for her own processes. She wants to share this experience with others.

In addition, Sophie has a fondness for electronic music and natural sounds, which frequently feature in her TranceMovement sets. She hopes to inspire others (adults, young people, and children) with the healing power of these beats during her BE-Moved sessions.
