You may transfer your booking to another suitable person.

We do not cover travel or personal costs.
You have a 14-day withdrawal right (“Widerrufsrecht”), unless you request immediate access, which ends the withdrawal period early.
Your personal data is handled according to GDPR.
Sensitive data (e.g., health information) is only processed with your explicit consent.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services and offerings of Trance Movement (legal entity: Aernoudt Knecht / Trance Movement), including:
In-person retreats, workshops, facilitator trainings
Sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable content, recordings)
1.2 By registering for or purchasing any of these services, you (the “Participant”) enter a legally binding contract with Trance Movement, legally based in Germany.
1.3 If in future subscription-based or membership offerings are introduced, separate terms may apply; these will be explicitly communicated before purchase.

3.1 Participation involves breathwork, movement, somatic practices, and potentially intense physical and emotional processes. You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part.
3.2 You will inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions (e.g. chronic illness, mental health conditions, injuries, medication) when you register.
3.3 Participation is at your own risk. If you are not sure about your capacity to participate safely, you agree to consult a qualified medical professional.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse registration or participation if we reasonably assess that your health condition poses a risk to you or to others.
4.1 When you submit a completed registration form or payment, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract.
4.2 The contract is concluded when we send you a written confirmation (e.g., by email).
4.3 If our confirmation contains changes (e.g., different dates, fees, services), it is considered a new offer. That offer remains valid for 10 days, and if you accept, the contract is then formed under the new terms.
5.1 All prices are specified in EUR (unless otherwise indicated) and include applicable VAT or taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payments are processed via Stripe (or other payment processors) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless a deposit or installment plan is explicitly offered.
5.4 Available payment options may include:

5.5 If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, we may cancel your registration and free up your place.
5.5 If participants select third-party installment payment options (e.g., Klarna via Stripe), the contractual payment obligation remains with the third-party provider. Trance Movement receives the full participation fee upon booking.
Refunds, if applicable, follow the cancellation policy and do not affect the participant’s agreement with the third-party payment provider.
6.1 The specific content, schedule, location (for in-person), teaching hours, and included services (e.g., meals, accommodation) are described on our event or course pages.
6.2 We may make minor modifications (e.g., schedule changes, teacher substitutions) that do not fundamentally alter the nature of the event. Such adjustments are not grounds for cancellation or refund in themselves.
7.1 You may cancel your participation at any time by sending written notice (email is acceptable).
7.2 Default refund policy (unless a different policy is stated in the event-specific description):
More than 90 days before the event: full refund minus a 10% administration fee
Less than 30 days before the event: no refund
7.3 If you find another suitable person to take your place, we may permit a transfer of your booking. In that case, a € 50 administrative fee applies, and the replacement must be approved by us.
7.4 If you paid only a deposit, that deposit is non-refundable, unless cancelled more than 90 days before the event.
7.5 No refunds are permitted for unused services (e.g., missed sessions, late arrival, early departure).
8.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event or course in cases such as:
Insufficient registrations
Other safety or logistical issues
8.2 If we cancel, we will refund all payments you have made. Beyond refunding payments, no further liability (e.g., for travel costs) will be accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.1 Right of Withdrawal: For online courses or digital products (and in certain booking contexts), you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
You acknowledge that by doing so, you lose your right to withdraw once the full service is delivered.
9.6 Future Subscriptions / Memberships: If we introduce a subscription model, cancellation will be possible through a clearly visible cancellation button, and/or by written notice, in line with German consumer law.
10.1 We are liable for damages only in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10.2 For simple negligence, our liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal duties”), and only up to foreseeable damage.
10.3 For health-related claims arising from undisclosed medical or psychological conditions, we disclaim liability, unless grossly negligent.
10.4 Participation in physical or trance-based practices is at your own risk.
11.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, travel, accident, health, or cancellation insurance is not included.
11.2 You are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage yourself (e.g., travel, medical, liability).

12.2 Data we collect may include: name, contact details (email, address), health information, and payment data. We process these only to the extent required for contract fulfillment, payment processing, and communication.
12.3 Sensitive data (e.g., health) is processed only with your explicit consent.
13.1 Applicable Law: German law applies exclusively, to the extent permitted by consumer protection regulations in your country of residence.
13.2 Severability Clause: If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
13.3 Jurisdiction: Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Germany.

3.1 Die Teilnahme beinhaltet Atemarbeit, Bewegung, somatische Praktiken und kann körperlich und emotional herausfordernd sein. Sie bestätigen, dass Sie dafür gesundheitlich geeignet sind.
3.2 Sie informieren uns bei der Anmeldung über relevante gesundheitliche Einschränkungen (z. B. chronische Krankheiten, psychische Diagnosen, Verletzungen, Medikamente).
3.3 Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko. Sollten Sie unsicher sein, ob Sie teilnehmen können, stimmen Sie zu, eine fachärztliche Einschätzung einzuholen.
3.4 Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, eine Teilnahme abzulehnen, wenn wir das Risiko für Sie oder andere als zu groß einschätzen.
4.1 Durch Ausfüllen des Anmeldeformulars oder einer Zahlung geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot zur Teilnahme ab.
4.2 Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir Ihnen eine schriftliche Bestätigung (z. B. per E-Mail) senden.
4.3 Weicht unsere Bestätigung von Ihrer Anmeldung ab (z. B. bei anderen Terminen, Preisen oder Leistungen), gilt dies als neues Angebot. Dieses Angebot ist 10 Tage bindend. Mit Ihrer Annahme kommt der Vertrag zu den neuen Konditionen zustande.
5.1 Alle Preise sind in EUR angegeben (sofern nicht anders angegeben) und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer, soweit nicht anders ausgewiesen.
5.2 Die Zahlung erfolgt über Stripe (oder andere Zahlungsanbieter), gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
5.3 Die Zahlung ist bei Buchung in voller Höhe fällig, sofern kein Anzahlung- oder Ratenplan ausdrücklich angeboten wird.
5.4 Mögliche Zahlungsoptionen:
6.1 Der genaue Ablauf, das Programm, die Veranstaltungsorte (bei Präsenz), Unterrichtszeiten und inklusive Leistungen (z. B. Unterkunft, Verpflegung) finden sich auf der jeweiligen Seite des Retreats oder Kurses.
6.2 Kleinere Änderungen (z. B. Stundenplan, Lehrperson) bleiben vorbehalten, sofern sie den Charakter der Veranstaltung nicht wesentlich verändern. Diese Änderungen berechtigen nicht zur Kündigung oder zu Rückerstattung allein wegen der Änderung.
7.1 Sie können Ihre Teilnahme jederzeit schriftlich stornieren (E-Mail genügt).
7.2 Standard-Stornierungsbedingungen (sofern in der Veranstaltungsbeschreibung nicht anders angegeben):

9.1 Widerrufsrecht: Bei Online-Kursen, digitalen Produkten oder bestimmten Anmeldesituationen haben Sie ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen.

9.4 Folgen des Widerrufs:
10.1 Für Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit haften wir uneingeschränkt.
10.2 Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit ist unsere Haftung auf Verletzungen wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (“Kardinalpflichten”) beschränkt. In diesem Fall haften wir nur bis zu dem Schaden, der typischerweise vorhersehbar war.
10.3 Für gesundheitliche Schäden aufgrund nicht angegebener medizinischer oder psychischer Erkrankungen übernehmen wir keine Haftung, außer bei grober Fahrlässigkeit.
10.4 Die Teilnahme an körperlichen, bewegungs- oder trancebasierten Praktiken erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
11.1 Reisen, Unfälle, Krankheit oder Stornierung sind nicht automatisch versichert, sofern nicht erläutert.
11.2 Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, gegebenenfalls passende Versicherungen abzuschließen (z. B. Reise-, Unfall-, Haftpflichtversicherung).

12.2 Wir erheben Daten wie Name, Adresse, E-Mail, Gesundheitsinformationen, Zahlungsdaten, und verarbeiten diese nur im notwendigen Umfang zur Vertragserfüllung, Zahlungsabwicklung und Kommunikation.
12.3 Besonders sensible Daten (z. B. gesundheitliche Angaben) werden nur mit Ihrer expliziten Einwilligung verarbeitet.
